The more you talk with Brad the more he grows on you! He and Don are about two of the most honest and noble businessmen left today.

Amen Brad, I had Brad do some custom lock & finishing work on a TC PA Hunter 2 years ago & from that time I knew it wouldnt be long till I would have him build a gun for me.

My PA Mountain Rifle with its German roots...only fitting to name her: Ina.... My dear Mother's name. With me being a PA Deutsch named Smeltzer & her a German landed here named Lutz.....gotta keep her in a German vain!!! My Wife being 300% Irish with her Mom born in Belfast didnt have a chance in sharing the honors!!! ;D

Beautiful Gun Loggy!! Now we need to fit you out with a greybear bag and a good horn bu Roland Cadle or Willie Frankfort to go with that.
By the way, I almost forgot to tell you guys that we have an 18th Century event coming up in Carlisle at AHEC this weekend. I will post a thread with the details but there will be lots of crafts people and opportuinity to add some other cool stuff to that gun.

Loggy, I like the name Ina for your new mountain rifle; however, when Mrs. Loggy spies it snuggled in the corner of your gun safe, I'm wondering if your name may change to "Mud"?
I never did name my Yorktown, and I'm thinking it was a good thing. Considering the trouble I'm having lately remembering name, I'm afraid I'd forget it, offend the rifle, and it would start mis-firing and flashing-in-the-pan to show its hurt feelings!

I must say that over the weekend I did spend more time lookin at 54 Caliber "Ina" than I did the Mrs!! ;D
Unfortunately im in DC till Friday for work so I can't look at either of them! LOL

That's a pretty fine line you're treading there, my friend. I offer sincere support from one who has covertly ordered a rifle and had it sent to a box office! You're on your own, Loggy!

Gotta love those German Roots! I like the German name I gave mine---Keeps me on the good side of the wife plus our heritage as well. A Greybear Bag---Hmmmm simple beavertail with a buckle, knife sheath, and a smaller sheat to hold the ball starter---hmmm I know just the guy!! LOL
