if you dont mind me askin how much to build the new camp? reason i am askin is cause im lookin to build a 40x60 barn into a camp. new package is around $7000.00 lookin at around $40000 for barebones set up.(kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms) did you use existing septic/water ?

It was a bit expensive. This camp has a basement also. We added holding tanks for the greywater and built a sisteren for the water.

Chaz, The more I look at the pictuer of the old camp I think that it is just down the road from a friends camp. (Frosty Pines) I think. Are you not to far from the y that takes you to Haulton Hillton and is there a neighbor close to you that use to have horses. Looks great!
