Just got into my batch we made in the summer. My mil always said wait till the first snow before you try it. Hot pepper rings turned out great, hot mustard was a success, also salsa was so so to runny still so Ill fix that next season. Overall our canning ops have been a success and I say this cause this is like our 2 nd yr and were brand new at it.

Been wanting to put up some fresh tomatoes into spaghetti sauce and can it. Huge pasta lover here. Need to get a good recipe though to make it with garden tomatoes & can it. Maybe next year.
