I have no idea either, I couldn't find any info on it. But I do wonder why you ask.

I have no idea either, I couldn't find any info on it. But I do wonder why you ask. I have 60# compound which i use looking for lighter/quicker bow for small game, i have an old recurve but poundage on it is only 25#, if legal i would like to use that bow, if not will look for a legal +35# bow. and am curious on the regs on it, #35 being limit for big game, wouldnt make sense that same poundage applies to small game, so would like to see it in the regs myself. does the fact that min poundage is mentioned in big game section but not mentoned in small game section man there is no minimum poundage for small game? or that 35# applies to all game regs has me stumped on this one

Back when I was 10-11 years old I spent a good part of a summer trying to get within bow range of a couple big woodchucks taking up residence under an apple tree behind our house. One day I got a chance and sent a fiberglass arrow from my 20LB Bear mini mag coupound right behind the one's shoulder. The arrow bounced right off.

If it makes you more comfortable with my answer. I'm an ex-police officer and kind of know the law a little. It's 35 lbs.
