Since i started hunting pheasants were stocked....and even with cover they didnt last long enough to not have to be stocked...
its time for a pheasant stamp....would i buy one ...no...i dont hunt pheasants....i do have to buy a stamp for everything i hunt...which costs the PGC little to no money....to control.....
guys can afford 3k dollar pointers...2500 guns a 20 dollar stamp should be nothing...
and would take a big weight off the PGCs wallet.

i would like to see a sportsmans license like WV.....many of these people saying the PGC needs a raise are not taking in account...some hunters are paying over 100 dollars for tags and a regular license....many..
.i wouldnt buy one for my area..its so small if you jump one up shoot it..it would be on the neighbors and you would have to get permission to retreve it... i think the money could be put for small game habitat that make it on there own....squirrels ..bunnys...etc...
i would purchase a habitat stamp ...for critters that need not be stocked every year...
many blame coyotes for......pheasants..and turkey numbers going down...when coons are raiding nests like crazy....

i too would buy a habitat stamp. i would love for the pheasants to take hold in pa again but i dont think it will happen. other than hunters i think there are just too many other preditors out there for them to really take hold
