Well with hunting season, and then the cold winter months to follow, what's going to be your exercise routine. I plan to get back on the exercise bike, and the weights. Then i'll be ready for the beach ;D...NOT

Little at a time thats how I roll. Some walking and weights.

I leave my office everyday at lunchtime and lift for about 1.5 hours.Today,I'm stuck at work because my secretary is at a funeral.

Just getting back into the routine is hard. My back got messed up in 06 and been dealing with that then the Doc says do some light lifting see if that helps out. They want therapy first before even considering the scalpel. Beleive me I was never big into weights but now starting anew its a trip for this 54 soon to be 55yr old guy. One day at a time. What are some of the exercises you guys do when lifting weights.?

I have a small set up, with different weights, I can work legs, presses for arms, and i think a routine called butterfly. Keeps the old joints loose..
