There is a study out there, done by the Legislature that says it will create jobs.
I don;t care, and never have, about the economic aspects of SH.
Gal will never be on the BOC, trust me. After this, she would NEVER be appointed to the BOC. You don't, in essence, sue the Legislature, and then get on the PGC BOC.
Think it thru.
Also, in her recent conversations, she has said she has no interest in a BOC position.

It could certainly help the economy by bringing more out of staters in just like the guys from PA that go to New York to hunt because of being able to hunt Sunday and getting your money's worth. In the end you will never know if it will or not without having it.

This has little to do with jobs and the economy; although there is one segment of the case that does. Laws must be fairly applied; and you'll just have to wait till the case is filed to learn about that. As to the BOC? No thanks. Its more fun out here. CAC? Been explained. I had a range that the people I polled gave me, as did the other delegate. We were the only team to negotiate; but you wouldn't know that bcause you weren't there. So; feel free to twist it any way you would like Mr. Moffitt. You and Dan (Guru) seem to like to attack when you don't have valid points. Fire away. I graduated high school a long time ago and can take it. You two seem like you haven't left yet; however? You both look much older.

In the end you will never know if it will or not without having it. We have emails from some hunters that say they have quit hunting in PA due to no Sunday hunting. They hunt Ohio or New York.

Check this out smokeystick cause it happens more than you think in this state. Out of stater buys a license for Pa. Then when he goes to put in for a doe tag in some wmus he cant get 1 cause their all sold out so Mr. outofstater better shoot his AR buck for that WMU hes hunting in or hes S.O.L. Oh almost forgot he has a hunting camp in that WMU and pays taxes on that parcel of land and whats on it how about that and still cant get a doe tag.

Last year, pretty much anyone, including NR's, got doe tags for the units they applied for. I support changing season lengths in order for everyone to get ONE doe tag, even NR's. Also, we do NOT owe a NR doe tag, just like in Montana or any other western states, they don't worry or guarantee us tags, do they? Of course they don't. Buddy of mine owns about 400 acres in Iowa and still cannot get a deer tag for that state unless he buys a Governor's tag, for thousands.

Dutch dont forget the hunters that quit over AR/HR How do you explain the decrease in hunter numbers that began in 1985, when we had a deer behind every tree, like some used to say? Fact is, hunter numbers have now stabilized, for the time being. The decrease in hunter numbers is a demographic change. Did you know that last year, MY permit numbers increased 17%, I believe? Might that have had something to do with the MY doe tag transfer? This fall, an adult will be able to transfer a turkey tag to a MY. You see, the tag transfer thing wasn't just about deer.
