The man we call Loggy; The guy who had the idea,The guy who planned the adventure, The guy who put this hunt together. This guy deserves a few cheers. This was by far the best hunting with a group guys,I have ever been involved with, and this would have never happened without his vision. Long Live Loggy!!!!!!

It takes alot of time, emails, phone calls, and personal effort to throw one of these hunts together. Not to mention the logistics of everybody getting there. Congrats Loggy! Looks like you did a hell of a job, ol' friend! Congrats to all the hunters too,,,,for having such a great and safe hunt! It was fun,,,,wasn't it!

What I appreciated most about Loggy is his quiet leadership. He didn't order people around. He didn't over organize, make rules or impose his opinions on others. He spoke less and listened more. His guidance to others was offered more as suggestions. He was quick to praise others and not seek the spotlight for himself. Loggy, if your wife reads this, she may or may not agree with these sentiments. But from one of the boys on the hunt to Tenn. I sincerly thank you and everyone else involved for a wonderful experience. Cheers, huzzahs and rebel yells!

So many kind comments is humbling for sure. As I communicated with you guys before the hunt I knew we had a special group of fellas joining on this hunt! It seems like this hunt was somehow blessed in its magical gathering of such a fine group of flinters. Making new friends, strengthening existing friendships plus baggin some nice hogs to boot! Doesn't get any better than that!! I have already tentatively reserved Lodge for 2008 (11/6-10) inasmuch as many expressed interest in another hunt. There's time to regroup & think through your 2008 personal schedules etc. All who were on this hunt will be automatically be part of hunt if so desired. After the Holiday's I will post-up some booking info. Plus, there's a lot of PORK to eat in the meantime!!! ;D

Loggy, my friend, you are to be commended for initiating this hunt with your positive accounts of your past experiences with Loshbough and the fine folks there. It says a great deal about how you come across on these forums as an honest and straight shooter. Your steadfast committment to bringing this internet hunt to reality impressed me to no end as it must have impressed others who came on board. And, the fact that you are very old, grey-haired, and whiskered was taken into account as well, as proof for many of us old farts that your recommendation should be taken seriously!

.....And, the fact that you are very old, grey-haired, and whiskered was taken into account as well, as proof for many of us old farts that your recommendation should be taken seriously! That does it...the grey/white beard will be dyed!! Chief even picked up on it!! I used to think my dark beard aided in camo but I have noticed lately that deer seem to get spooked more then before. My white beard may resemble a deers tail flashin or sumpin!! ;D Any suggestions for a quality beard dye?? Sumpin dark...not camo! ;D

Hey Loggy, Wow, looks as if I am the late one to congratulate you on a job well done. I can honestly say that I had a terrific time and can ditto that for brother-in-law, Bill. He will be on his way back to TN tomorrow a.m. so I'm sure that he will not have a chance to express his delight regarding the trip. It was an extremely exciting experience as well as a welcome cultural change for all of us concerned. It will be hard to top that trip with our hosts, "the good ole boys" from TN. Looking forward to sampling some of that wild boar. Ask your daughter if she can post some good recipes for all to share. I will also send some photos once I get the e-mail addresses logged into my contact list. Again, many thanks for a job well done.
