I got back from TN for one nite then off to DC for work 3 nites then back today then off bear huntin for 3 days then back for Thanksgiving then off for a week regular deer season with final wrap-up after Xmas in 4 day flintlock hunt...last 4 days of season!!! Think ill wait till things settle down some before bringin up a 2008 Hog Hunt!! I'm a go regardless but want the Mrs. to enjoy the Holiday Season!! ;D

FYI: I have pinned info at top of this Forum regarding the 2008 TN Hog Hunt!
Hope all that were on this hunt can rejoin!!! Plus there are a few new openings.
Dont delay confirming with Lodge as I expect this hunt to fill quickly.

This morning, I browned a rack of the Tenn. spare ribs. Tossed them in the crockpot with some Hunt's tomato sauce and a bottle of Sweet baby Ray for 8 hours. Our plates looked like an Indian ruin-just a pile of bare bones. If we get a break in the weather, I'm going to try a hot smoke barbecue with a dry rub.
