WINTER's slowly loosening it's grip on most of us, it won't be long until those March breezes warm us up alittle...it's a good time to start thinking about those varmint rifles.. a good time to take inventory of what's on that reloading bench and also a good time to experiment !! Lot's of new bullets out there, lots of new little companies that are making some super accurate bullets that will wake up alot of varmint rifles that were thought to be dead.. go to benchrest.com and click on bullets to see some of these little companies products.. Ranges are not crowded at this time of the year and you can usually have it all to yourself..you can test all you want and you'll be amazed at what a little change can do sometimes.... also if you can, try differenct distance...some bullets will shoot alot better than others at different distances.. if possible at your local club, shoot out to 300 yards or 400, you'll be amazed at how accurate most factory guns are out there...more than enough to hit most "hogs"... also a good time to think about what your local gunsmith can do to help your accucracy, aftermarket triggers are amazing and will usually help your accuracy out markedly for under a $100...GET TO THE RANGE...it's time to start thinking about the "hogs" of spring and summer.....

that looks like my scope, if so it can reach out and touch just about anything with ease at 5 and 600 yards
