No season, no tag needed. You can shoot them anytime, anywhere permitted by landowner on private property of course, on SGLS, shoot them all if you can is the way I read it. Not sure about palatability, assume they are good!!
From the PGC site: HUNTER CONCERNS Eradication of feral hogs in the Commonwealth is the goal. People are strongly encouraged to kill feral hogs, provided it is safe to do so. Because feral hogs are not a game animal, and not under the jurisdiction of the Game Commission, there is no season or limit to when or how many hogs can be taken. People hunting hogs, however, are strongly encouraged to comply with regulations in effect for any game in season at the time, as far as licensing, blazeorange requirements and other safety issues are concerned, in order to avoid the appearance of impropriety. Individuals may not carry loaded firearms in their vehicles and must have permission from landowners to kill feral hogs on their property. Feral hogs are very adaptable; a small amount of pressure will cause them to vacate one area and move onto another.

I've heard that also skwirl, here's where else they've been sighted:
WHERE ARE THEY IN PA? Breeding populations are believed to currently exist in only Bedford and Cambria counties, where pregnant females and young have recently been seen and killed. Damage caused by feral hogs to wildlife, habitat and property has been reported in the southwest, southcentral and northeast regions of the state. Two additional counties, Montgomery and Warren, have unconfirmed sightings of young and/or pregnant sows.

I am hearing that the town of Everett in Bedford county is all but overrun. I'm trying to set up a hunt as we speak.

Can't shoot them at the moment, thanks to the PA Supreme Court ordering the PGC to enact regs to cover feral hogs.
Be at least another 4 months until they can legally be hunted again.
