Who takes them every day and do you think they work??
For me:
Vitamin C Omega 3 B complex vineger Green tea extract saw polmetto Multi vitamin. L-Carnitine.
I think they help with some things, but other then that I'll admit I'm a junkie with them too, makes me feel better mentally too.

I take Flaxseed, proven fact it reduces the risk of breast cancer in women. I also take fish oil capsules(for the omega oils) and vitamin c, glucosamine, msm and chondroitin sulfate for arthritis.

I do think certain amounts of vitamin C help the immune system, knock on wood but so far this year since I really started upping the doses the few colds I've had were pretty minor compared to years past when I wasn't taking any.

I have been taking a multi vitamin called Sportsman Edge during deer season. It claims to improve your eye sight, hearing, alertness, and resistance to the cold. I have noticed an improvement in these areas personally since I've been on it. I'm continuing to take it through the winter months.
Anybody else taking the Edge ?
