just wondering what size shot is everyone using for clays?

I use 7 1/2 winchester low brass (100 round pack) with extra full choke for EVERYTHING so my opinion won't help you. I did use 7 1/2 super x for the pheasant I gutted in mid air though.

Many moons ago when the mountains were full of game and the waters ran swift I would reload 9 shot for basic trap and skeet.....................back then there were no sporting clays

I use 7 1/2 but the way I shoot......I could use no shot and do just as well!!!! Actually, I'm not to bad at clays, I use the 7 1/2 for them and skeet.

I shoot 8 or 9 shot for skeet. 71/2 for trap.
