Hey guys I am near Muncy, PA (Lycoming County) and am looking for guys that need another person for a land lease or a cabin member. I posted before but didn't get much of a response. I had a chance to join a cabin on state ground but decided it wasn't for me; the guys were great but it was all state ground. I would prefer farm/woods land. IF you're getting a lease going, have a cabin needing a member (yea I know not likely) please email me at susquehannaretriever@comcast.net. THANKS!

This is in McKean county Hunters, Fisherman, Outdoorsman - 09:40 am, 2 April, 2009 email the seller Announcement: What is being offered is a lease option for 3,000 acres of prime hunting ground, and 14,000 acres of recreational use. All on gated property. This is just a couple miles east of Crosby Pa.
Hunting : There is 3,000 acres of land with some food plots, and a lot of natural food sources. There is turkey, deer, grouse, coyote, and black bear. The lease does have a deer management program in place. We are dedicated to keeping the wildlife healthy and plentiful.
Recreation : There is an abundance of recreational use with your membership. There is 14,000 + acres available for recreational use. The property is very suited for hiking, fishing, atv’s, mountain biking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, swimming in the beautiful swimming hole with the rope swing and dock.
Camping : It is fully primitive (no water or electric). You can bring in your camper, or tent camp. Each year the campers must be moved off the property from Memorial Day weekend, till the second week of June. This is due to tax purposes incurred by the leaser. You may leave fire rings, picnic tables, and stacks of wood. Speaking of wood the lease is on a paper mill property, so firewood is always plentiful for campfire use.
The roads on the property are normally well groomed with hard shell compacted roads. There is no winter maintenance, but that usually only affects entry a month out of the year. Unless you have a snowmobile, then it would be a dream for you.
We charge $200 which pays property fees and helps with food wildlife management costs. All this is available for less than the price of a week of camping at a campground. This is not a gimmick or a timeshare if we keep the membership up, we can keep the price reasonable. With economic uncertainty it is nice to still be able to take the family on a enjoyable trip.
If this sounds like it would interest you. Please contact Bob Balderson at 1-724-544-9942 Please Call NEAR CROSBY, PA
