Call Maryland state police and see what their ccw laws are for non-residents. Some places all you have too do is notify the state police or sheriffs dept.

For states that have an agreement with Pa. go to www.attorneygeneral.gov and look under crime there is a link for res. there a 17-19 states with agreements. I would contact Maryland as well but I've alway carried them unloaded in a case in the trunk while traveling/moving.

Maryland--- Maryland prohibits the unlicensed transportation of handguns in vehicles except for a variety of lawful purposes, including target shooting. Handguns must be transported unloaded and in an enclosed case or holster with a strap. www.recguns.com/Sources/IIC2a.html
