;)I have one it's sooting 395-fps, I'm shooting out to 65 + yards with groups at 2" with a 4 power scope . Can't wait till this season . It does look like kind of military but the qulity is great.I was shooting threw two targets and stoping the arrow in a 18-1 reinhert . (grazy)

are they very heavy? I have my PSE viper sighted in for 30yds, the area I hunt is thick and a 30yd shot is about max.

Bowtech makes a nice crossbow....small & fast and a great shooter. Just be aware Bowtech does NOT support the Crossbow Community and their attempts for inclusion into archery season. Companies like Tenpoint, Excalibur, Parker have stood shoulder to shoulder with our attempts to secure full inclusion for crossbows. A Bowtech Rep from Pennsylvania ( Matt/PA) posted on various PA and national sites as a stated crossbow manufactures rep speaking out against crossbows with the full knowledge of Bowtech! Just think before you plunk down $1000 on a bow remember who supported you quest for full inclusion! Bowtech was more than willing to take my $1000 for a crossbow BUT they refused to support my right to use it in archery season! I liked their produce BUT would not own one now on principal!! To each his/her own!!

At the time of purchase I was unaware of that , And it's to bad that Bowtech would take that rout . I bought it for the qulity and performence , The bow is great I have no complaints at all. And I will enjoy hunting with it every chance I get, in many states that are allowing crossbow now. But I do understand your concern and crossbow hunting will go on regardless of bowtechs lack of support.
