What's the chute made out of? Is it portable?

dpiscator, look at the fourth picture. A gentleman is pouring a white bucket of trout into the chute. The chute, I believe, is made out of a tarp or other heavy plastic type material. It is sewn into a cylinder the same diameter of a 5 gallon bucket. The one end is riveted onto a 5 gallon bucket with no bottom. A rope is loosely connected along the entire length. this rope is used to hang the chute along the railing of the steps. If you look closely at the picture, you will see that we screwed hangers into the railing of the steps to hang the chute. Yes, it is portable.

Being that they're on the river side of the tracks, it's open property.(actually it's RR property) But, if you don't want a long walk, you have to drive through the club property. To do that, you have to join and get a key.
