That makes me sick!!! I cannot imagine that happening to one of my guys...I feel terrible for the owner Those poor dogs . What the heck is wrong with people these days?? If I knew who did it, there would be no need to involve the police.

While I agree that killing some one's dogs and leaving them lay is disgusting, we can be thankful the idiot at least did it humanely and limited the suffering.

15,000 that will draw them out for sure. I'm glad the SPCA has 15k to throw out there like that. Don't they ask you to pay them some money or give them some food if you drop off a stray? I think its very wrong what happened but 15k? Come on.

I believe the SPCA has $500 in the reward and the remainder (now $25,000) is from other sources (community, etc.).

I hope they find who did it & prosecute them to the fullest!!! People like this usually don't stop at a one time thing, and sometimes don't stop at animals......

The second article makes it sound like it all comes from the SPCA. I am glad they are not contributing the entire amount. They seem to always need money and it would be irresponsible to put out so much money. Thanks for clearing up my error.
