Last Saturday, three GSPs (one owned, one in foster care, and one adopted) spent the afternoon at Homestead Hunting Preserve in Edinboro hunting for the pheasants and chukars. We could not have hoped for better conditions, more happy GSPs doing their stuff, or the warm hospitality of our hosts Dan and Cathy Netzler, and help from guide Ann of Zodiak GSPs. As you can see from the pic, GSPs Sierra, Riley and Apache look so pleased with themselves as well . Homestead plans to become a B&B next year which is great since there's steelhead fishing closeby to complete a great weekend in the outdoors. And their homemade cabbage rolls (Homestead is a working farm) are delicious! It was a perfect day! Thank you Ann for making this happen through your Milani Family fundraiser. Deb Orpen Attachments:
