Love the Hornady .452 300 grain xtp, coupled with a crush ribbed sabot. Bullet holes touching at 50 yards with iron sights with 100 grain loose 777 ffg.

250 grain Shockwaves at 100 yards are awesome for knockdown power. Shot at 150 yards to see if I could hit the target at the range and bullet only dropped a few inches. Where I hunt I only have a 70 yard max shot in the timbers so I practice to 100 yards only.

Knight Disc Extreme 50: Barnes 250 MZ with a HPH 12 sabot. Knight Disc Extreme .45: None. Can't shoot sabots in a 45 here in the socialist state of Illinois. T/C Omega .50: Barnes 245 Spitfire with supplied sabot. 250 T/C Shockwave in in 250 grains with a HPH-24 or the 3 Petal EZ sabot shoots real well too. Knight Hawkeye: MMP .44 cal sabot with a 240 gr. Hornady XTP. T/C Hawken .45: None. Don't shoot sabots in it either.
