Of course you probably know the pine board recipe. You know where you put the fish on a pine board then season it & bake it then when it is done you throw out the fish & eat the pine board. Tee Hee Tee Hee But seriously I knew a Jewish man that told me carp from clean water were a delicacy to the jewish people. I don't know how they prepared them. I have heard thar carp are good smoked.

THE PINE BOARD SOUNDS DELICIOUS, BUT, DO YOU REALLY THROW THE FISH AWAY..?

We were always told carp were bottom feeders so their basically eating crapola thats why we never ate them. Now we would give them to the african americans and they would pay us for them when we were kids.

Well tilapia is also a bottom feeder. They raise them in salmon farms & they eat the salmon crap from the bottom of the ponds. I seen that on Mike Roe dirty jobs show. Now that I ruined your appetite for tilapia, I think I will go make a fish sandwich. ;D ;D But tilapia is actually a pretty good tasting fish.

Tilapias surrounding habitat is also better. Whens the last time Mike Roe saw a Allegheny white fish in the salmon pond you catch my drift now.
