Here in 2a, on the properties that i hunt most often that ive seen so far this year, there has been a much better acorn crop. It was pretty poor last year, but the white oak, reds, and chestnut oak are producing very well this season.
Most of the crabapple thickets have fruit, and though i havent been past the few "regular" apple trees on the properties i hunt, but those around peoples yards ive been seeing are hanging heavy.
What are you guys seeing in your areas?

The whites in my area don't have anything but the reds are dropping like crazy. The crab apples are looking good also.

The deer are still working on the acorns here in 2A. Now that a little bit of snow has laid on the ground for awhile, makes it very easy to see where the deer are raking up the snow and leaves around mostly the red oak trees.

Last day of rifle in 2-A I could feel my feet rolling over acorns that werent gobbled up by deer and squirrels.
