Great pics tbass. I showed my kids they had never seen a fisher before. My youngest wants me to go catch one. I had to explain to him that it just not that easy

Those big paws and those teeth are for killin porkies. I was told porkies are no.1 on a fishers list of grub amongst other things.

Remember 1 yr in the ANF. We were spring gobbler hunting. I came out at noon and hit a logging road and then I came to one of those big gates with all the metal signs on it. Well this porkie was just chowing away on this sign. We watched for awhile and left. Seen plenty porkies up in the trees in the winter chewing on the bark in the ANF also. Theres supposed to be some kind of salt in the signs on these gates their after. Pretty cool they poop right there on the back of the sign and they leave their quills there also sharp lil suckers.

My buddy has a pellet stove and I told him the pellets are just porcupine turds collected and sold. They look darn near identical and I bet they would burn just as well being that it's mostly wood.

tbass just prickin 1 quill would hurt. You gotta feel for a dog that gets a snout full of quill for sure.
