Do we have any wood turners or wood workers here, I always liked to work with wood, making anything i could when I was a kid. I started to make turkey calls 6 years ago. It was a trying undertaking, but once the numbers came together, everything fell into place.

Nothing fancy, but I make squirrel and bird feeders. Most I give as gifts. I sell a few at a local shop. Relaxing hobby.

I have been a woodworker most of my life . I opened a shop in 1965 & I am still at it . I would not call myself a turner, but I have done a fair amount of turning. That is an art in itself. I have been around a long time & I have done most everything you can do with wood. It is a good hobby , but a tough way to make a living. I was lucky because I have had some very good customers. ;D ;D
