Last week the PGC voted final apporval for use of muzzleloader pistols for deer and elk. (for elk, it has to fire a minimum 210 grain projectile No 50 cal PRB's for elk) 50 cal and up as I understand it. Anyone going to carry one this fall or winter? If so what brand, model and caliber?
I have a 50 caliber Traditions flinter from nearly 20 years ago. But I may well swap it for something else. Maybe make a more traditional style gun before fall. Something better balanced.
