Whats your favorite sabot?? I've been using the MMP's for years. The MMP HPH Sabots are designed and manufactured to enhance accuracy with the hot powder charges many of us use. Del Ramsey uses some of the very best polymer plastic compositions available today! I order direct from MMP. When you call MMP...you will get some of the best advice & customer service out there!!! www.mmpsabots.com/

I've used a variety in my rifle and the best shooting are TC Shockwaves and Hornady SSTs in 250 gr. Never tried buying the bullets and sabots separately though. The one identifying feature of my rifle is that to get good accuracy the bullet/sabot combo has to be really tight - so much so that it is really hard to push them down the barrel.

I'm strictly a "Flash-Banger", but thought I would chime in here.
I use Hornady's 240 grain XTP's in my Firestorm and get great results at 50 yds with them dispite the 1:48 twist.
I get 3/4 groups at 50 yds with them, I will only take shots at 50 yds or less, just my comfort zone with open sites.
