everybody should no the meaning of kiss. so do you do this or do you buy the newer equipment for your bow. fall away rest now have most of the market. string loops are a great help shooting. and fiber optic sight are a big help. does everybody go this route or just kiss it.

I follow the K.I.S.S priciple usually.
However, I just recently switched from the Whisker Biscuit rest to a QAD fall away rest. The switch did not give me anymore speed to my setup than I got with the whisker biscuit. My bow still throws a 409 grain arrow at 220 fps.
What I did get was improved accuracy, my groups shrunk from 2 inches to I am now putting the arrows up against each other.

I keep it pretty simple.I hunt with longbows and recurves,don't wear camo.I do shoot carbons(also aluminums),hunt out of treestands,and use calls and scents occassionally,and my binoc's are always with me.That's about as technical as I get
