How do you keep your knives sharp,what do you use. i still use a stone and steel,but have been thinking about the lansky or other similar systems,

I bought a Cabela's Diamond Sharpener years ago & it the best thing I have found for huntin knives & my fillet knives. I believe they still sell them but havent checked for a while.

i have a very nice sharpening steel that i bought from Hobart Corperation many years ago, that baby gets the job done in a hurry!
it comes in very handy when skinning more then one deer ;D

iam a chef and you can't cut with out a good knife blade good ole stone and a steel

Redi Edge! Got it at gander moutain and a week later cut my tumb and got 7 stitches. I'd say it works!

lansky system, easy to use, puts a good edge on any knife.

I use steels that i use when i used to cut meat. puts an edge on pretty good. got to get the right angle to get the edge on the knife
