I own 3 coffin blinds for geese. A finisher, power hunter, and x-lander. Each one has its uses for different conditions. Even though anyone would work all the time, I want to be in the best position always.

i use the turkey type blinds for all types of hunting, i like them because they are open on top but yet they give plenty of cover and are lightweight to carry yet easy to assemble/disassemble.
i have 2 of them and they make a nice inclosure all the way around me
below is a pic....even though it shows a goose, mine is the same but just more green in it ;D

I got a ameristep doghouse blind this year..Never used a blind before..Im SOLD on blinds..I harvested two deer from it and watched several deer that never knew I was their..I dont set it up ahead of time I pack it in with me and set it up in the dark ( their eazy to set up ) Deer are not spooked by them.. Deer do look at them But dont pay much attenion to them..I had a small buck durring early ML season feed right by me so close to me I could have reached out and touched him..Also they keep your sent down and provide shelter from the elements..
