I used to see a gutpile and wonder what size animal it might have came from... now I wonder which parts Loggy might still eat.

Frankinthelaurels, I have no problem with the top, or bottom line, cost of in-lines. If you want to shoot something - ONCE - that looks very much like my Rem. 700 BDL .270, by all means, go for it. My overwhelming concern is that these modern, single shot rifles stay OUT of our late Flintlock only season! It is naive to think that the companies producing these, state-of-the-art muzzleloading rifles wouldn't love to open Pennsylvania's flintlock only season to any muzzleloader. It is called, "follow the money"!
Pennsylvania gunbuilders in the 18th. and 19th. century produced the most magnificent and efficient rifles and fowlers any settler could possibly desire. Our late season Flintlock Only Hunt honors these gunbuilders and settlers. It's special and shouldn't be amended further.

Picked up a TC Triumph on Friday fro Hakes. Very nice to deal with and answered all my questions; I highly reccommend them if your looking for something, great prices too. The triumph shoots great with very nice groups and that's right out of the box.
