My son's little band of goose killers got three with bands...not sure if that means anything but they were all charged up about it

Congrats on the banded geese, I myself have only ever got one with a band on it.
Make sure he calls it in, he'll get a certificate telling you how old the goose was and where it was orignally banded.
The one I got last year came from Crawford County and was 4 years old.

I have only 1 band and that was last year. They say you should get 1 out of every 15. At least that is the average of most of the hunters I know. So I should get 1 on my next goose, yeah right. Congrats guys.

I do a lot of goose hunting in Ohio and boy oboy do they band over there. Last year we shot 14 in one day and all of them had bands on them. I have only been hunting goose for 3 years now and I have almost 25 bands.
