Geese moving north

Standing outside of work this morning on coffee break we noticed quite a few large flocks of geese that were way high up and moving straight north ther were at least 8 really large flocks, I think maybe they picked the wrong time to go north with the weather saying it will be ice and snow on the New York border.

Snows have been seen on the western side of the state this past weekend. Not a common thing around here. We have even seen a few swans heading north.
