i was once turkey hunting and i called in a yote.and another time turkey hunting i called in a red fox..they must like turkey calls ehhhh..

You rang the dinner bell! Once I was using a slate call had the gun across my lap glnced up to look out over the decoys and saw this fury blur come and hit the jake decoy and carry it 20 or so yards and vanished! I never saw him coming or had time to react! What a rush!

My friend did the same. He was sitting and calling for turkeys, stood up to leave and a coyote was about 20 feet behind him. Apparently the coyote didnt see him becuause he was sitting with his back against a tree.

;D ;D ;DI use a stuffed rabbit toy gray in color This time of year they're easier to find because of easter. Over the years I have had expensive rabbit deer and turkey decoys either stolen or destroyed by coyotes these work well and are way cheaper
