Every so often we have "movie night". Me and the kid go to the video store and rent a couple movies. I like a lot of different ones, but we love scary stuff!! The Excorsist, Aliens, Texas Chainsaw.........What's your favorites?

I saw the "Excorcist" when I was 13, and that was 33 years ago, and once was enough for me, never again. The only (scary) movie I will watch over and over again is "Jaws", but I do like old and new westerns, comedies, and a lot of the old classics, like "To Kill A Mocking Bird" and such, some dramas, and of course add a few chic flicks:)

Lonesome Dove 1 & 11, Open Range, the In-Laws(original), North by Northwest, The Natural, Hoosiers, Field of Dreams, Bull Durham.
I think Hollywood forgot how to make movies like these. Been years since I've really enjoyed a new release.

I like all kinds of movies. If I had to pick a top ten list here it goes (this is not necessarily in order and is open to change)
1. Jeremiah Johnson 2. The Outlaw Josey Wales 3. Tombstone 4. The Lord of the Rings (all three) 5. Mississppi Burning 6. The Couch Trip 7. Saving Private Ryan 8. Animal House 9. Caddyshack 10. O' Brother Where Art Thou

What was so strange about it? It was about a guy escaping from prison to keep his wife from marrying another man, basically. The journey from the prison to his wife was a little strange, but it was hilarious.
