My oven broke!!! I'd normally make a traditional ham dinner, since I have to go to the shop all day tomorrow to build shelves, won't be stove shopping! Guess my kids favorite meal of spaghetti & meatballs will have to do......I'll do a ham another day! (although I'll miss ham & mashed taters & gravy.... )

Was going to Virginia to have the Easter feast with my in-laws but weather forced us to change our plans. Real shame, love the ham cooked with brown sugar and butter.

I guess I'll be having 20 or so here for dinner. Ham, pork roast, and a bunch of other stuff plus the goodies.

we will be going to my parents for dinner, my moms family all get together for all holidays. My mom and my aunt cook dinner, I think there will be about 25 people there. They make ham, broccoli salad, mac and cheese, some kind of potatoes, ice cream dessert, brownies, cheese cake, etc

Let's see..two huge Ohio backstraps...cut in half and stuffed with mushrooms, apples, A-1 sauce..rubbed on the outside with Italian seasons and a little bit of black pepper...let them slow cook in the oven for a few hours...OH MY GOD....those three foot hunks of heaven disapeared in short order and everyone loved em'''
