There is a show in Lewisburg Feb. 1 & 2 that sounds pretty good. It is the "18th Century Artisan's Show". I am going up Sat. to get some parts I need to build a rifle and it sounds like there will be plenty of things to drool over. They have 45 sold out display tables with rifles, accoutrements, books, paintings, and lots more the way it sounds. It is at the Country Cupboard Best Western Inn on rte. 15 north of Lewisburg. There is a $5.00 admission.

This was one great show!!! There were plenty of fine rifles to check out and everyone of the builders were willing to answer questions from 1st time builders like myself. It wasn't as big as Dixon's in July but it was a great way to get together with some of the great traditional rifle builders and craftsman and warmup the winter. Anybody wanting to build or buy a traditional longrifle needs to attend a show like this or Dixon's but lookout for info-overload. There was more there than rifles but this was probably 75-85% of the show. I got some parts I needed and met some more great people
