After getting your press, purchase a good reloading manuel. I have Hornady's and follow it faithfully.

Get you a good RCBS Rockchucker and you should be good to go! If the funds allow, go ahead and buy the master kit that includes the powder measure and scale and etc

I might add when you shop for a reloading manuel, buy the latest edition available. just lately i compared max. loads and could not believe the difference. 1960 manuel gives a 57gr, max 2006 manuel gives a 53 gr. max same caliber , primer , powder , bullet combination and there are a lot of old manuels sold at flea mkts, gun shows , etc.BEWARE

If the funds allow, go ahead and buy the master kit that includes the powder measure and scale and etc I would give a lot of thought to a digital scale, too. Ebay is loaded with stuff for reloading. And do not think for a second that the load data is toned down for liability. The Rockchucker is a very good single stage press, used for metallic cartriges. If you're planning to load a lot of handgun loads, you are better off spending a few extra bucks, and getting a progressive press. Dillon makes very good equipment, also, but a lot more expensibe. Order the Cabela's shooting catalog, it has a lot of loading equipment. Welcome to the addiction-don't plan on saving a lot of money. You'll find yourself shooting a lot more, though, and in process become a better shot.

Before you buy a reloading kit,buy two different reloading amnuals and read each one at least twice.
