when shooting your xbow do you let you quiver on or do you take it off?
myself...i never shoot my xbow with my quiver attached to it, i keep it on until i reach my hunting spot and then it comes off.
seems to help cut down on vibrations more with it off and i like to have my xbow be as quiet as possible, not that there really is such a thing as a quiet xbow

I have never mounted a quiver on any of the crossbows that i have owned , i have always used a belt mounted hip quiver and i usually carry that in my pack. in all the years i hunted with a vert. bow i always took it off after i was in my stand also.

I keep my'in on till i get up in the tree....Xbows are noisey enough, so i take it off so i don't get any extra vibrations or noise.Thunderbolt125

I have my quiver attached to my ten point, never had a problem with anything....gives me less to carry in the woods and to my stand. ;D ;D

I keep the quiver on my Parker at all times! Mine is secure enough not to get any rattle or extra vibration. I practice shooting with my bow set up EXACTLY as when I'm hunting. Even with arrows in the quiver. This works for me!!!

I take mine off. Took just one scrape on the stand railing to convince me keeping it on is a sure fire deer repellent.

I agree with Truegrit but I relocate my quiver on all my crossbows to the top, right hand side of the bow with the arrows sitting parallel to the barrel and I only use Qwikee 3 arrow quivers. Standard factory locations placing the arrows underneath the fore end and at right angles to the barrel sucks IMHO. Every time I sat the bow down the fletching would get wet or muddy.

I don`t like quivers on my crossbow or any bow for that matter. I use a Sidewinder belt attatchment for my Excal quiver and where it on my hip/belt and take it off when not moving. Jack.

I use a backpack with a built in quiver. Couldn't "sling" the bow with the quiver attatched, especially when toting a portable tree stand. I just strap the backpack onto the stand and carry the bow in my hands.
