I have a good recipe but I dont know how to get it from ms word to here, I just dry mine.
Help to post it if you can.

Hey buck with that super duper grinder and now a smoker I'd be seriously lookin at makin sausage and bologna. Lord knows ya got enough venison ;D

i have a secret recipe of my own i use when making jerky, but when i use prepackaged seasonings i like to use the Jack Links brand in the original flavor

Thanks, stosh highlight the recipe area, by left click and drag then release when its all highlighted right click then left click copy go to the area where you want to apply your copied items make sure that you have a cursor prompt then right click again and left click paste wala

1 1/2 - 2 Lbs. Meat 1/2 Tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt 1/2 Tsp. BBQ Dry Rub 1/2 Tsp. Liquid Smoke 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp. McCormick's Seasoned Pepper 1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder 1/4 Cup Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 Cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Cut Meat into 1/4" Slices - cut across grain Mix all ingredients together and put meat marinade in a zip lock bag at least 24 hours or until meat has completely absorbed marinade (no pink showing) Put foil on grate in oven - cook at 150-175 degrees until done; turn once during cooking

Almost like mine Y I Hunt. I leave the bbq out and use ketchup and no seasoned salt. I got 1 of those dehydrators yrs ago well over 20 yrs ago and it still doing its thing.
