Made a pot of venison stew tonight...no guiness though Loggy.....maybe next time!! 2lbs venison cut in cubes 2 carrots 1 12oz bag whole green beans 1 12 oz bag corn 3-4 medium potatoes cubed 1 lg onion finely chopped 2 tbsp beef boullion 2 sticks celery dash salt & pepper (to taste) 1 tbsp crushed garlic I brined the venison in a mix of the brine water, to which I added: teriyaki, onion, crushed garlic & some montreal - I boiled the mix, cooled, then soaked venison in it overnight. Made homeade rolls too!! ;D
