1/4 Teaspoon Babe Winkelman’s Lemon Zest Fish Seasoning 8 oz Cooked Egg Noodles 1 4-oz. Can Mushroom Stems and Pieces (drained) 2 Cups Cooked Walleye 1 ½ Cup Sour Cream ¼ Cup Red Pepper (diced) ¾ Cup Milk ¼ Cup Dry Breadcrumbs ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated) 2 ½ Tablespoons Butter (melted) Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mix noodles, walleye, mushrooms and red pepper, place in 2-quart casserole dish. In separate bowl mix sour cream, milk, Babe’s Lemon Zest Seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour sauce over noodles and fish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over casserole and then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle Parmesan over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until bubbly. Sprinkle parsley over top for garnish.
