A few my recently ordained Chef Daughter gave me from her files. I tried the Beer Battered recipie & it was great! Works best with "real beer" and non of those lightweights! ;D

thanks Loggy... i like seeing recipe's put up like this, gives me some options instead of cooking them the same ole way every time. when i make mine i always used lemon pepper, salt, then dipped them in egg yoke and rolled them in cornmeal before frying. its a pretty simple way to do them but is actually quite tastey when served with butter parsley potato's and a veggie of choice ;D mine preferably being canned carrots
