lets hear how you cook your thanksgiving bird nowadays there are so many ways,and each one tastes different my mouth is watering so lets hear how you make yours,can be wild or domestic turkey..

Idid them 18 at a time x 7 in the oven and a lot of basting

Idid them 18 at a time x 7 in the oven and a lot of basting WOW!!! That's a lot of turkey!! I only did one.... Simply stuffed it (basic stuffing, celery, onion, bread cubes, cream of chicken soup & seasonings) and baked till golden, basting occasionally. I lightly season my turkey prior to stuffing with garlic, salt & pepper and a pinch of poultry seasoning. Before putting in oven, I then lay some fresh parsley sprigs over it & a few fresh basil & sage leaves.
