quarter cup Ketchup table spoon or two steak sauce some garlic salt Black pepper tbl spoon sugar teaspoon vineger dashes of hot sauce if you wish
Bring this mixture to lite boil then let settle, then last 5 minutes of grilling put sauce on both sides of burger on grill, when done I usually put extra sauce on the burger and don't use ketchup.
Also recommend toasting the buns on the grill and adding some garlic powder and worchestershire sauce to meat mixture.
Tweak sauce recipe anyway you like, I usually doctor it up but thats the basic, good stuff.

Sounds good, I'll have to try this. Bet that would be awesome with some chopped onion & green pepper in the meat mix......now I'm hungry...

that is basically the same way i do my deer burgers and they are great but the facts are i do not think i have ever found a way that i dont like it....you name it and i like it as long as its deer meat

This years burger I actually thru a little bacon in it, just a little, and think its the best batch of ground stuff I've ever had!

i use to think bacon was good with everything, then i had a wrapped water chesnut, WAS HORRIBLE, so far i only found one thing bacon isn't good with

I do it so the kids always like it plus I noticed with the bacon they stay formed really good without using eggs and don't break on the grill.
