I've got a battery operated electric filet knife that I got as a field test with North American Fishing Club. It works great - when I remember to charge it.

I can't use an electric knife. Tried craving a turkey one year and could of done a better job with a hand granade. Give me a sharp rapala fillet knife and I'm good to go.
