A group of 5 families will be camping at Clear Creek State Park and fishing CLear Creek to start out and then head out to any of the numerous streams in the area.
Then Turkey scouting the next morning.
How about anyone else, where will you be?

Might try skippack. I hope it is not over run. During turkey season I limited out every day... that was well after the first day though. Turkey in the morn and trout later.

I usually fish Elk creek, grew up on it & hard to beat the action there, stockies and lots of steelies to be caught. I try to miss the crowds by going later in the day when I fish it.

we park at a newer bridge near Trent on the back side of 7 Springs, my Grandfarther has been going there on first day for 40+ years! On the way home we like to stop for a walk at Kooser just to see how everyone is doing!

My place is only 12 miles down the road from there. Do you fish right at the Trenthouse Inn back towards the dam at Laurel Hill Lake or out towards Scottyland.

Kettle Creek. I will be camping with a group of friends at Ole Bull, and will fish several spots down stream from there.
