i very rarely buy bait, in the last 8-10 years i have been useing a 1/8 ounce "huss" lure (gold is best for me) and i really do great on the trout! if the current is slow then i will toss a blue and chrome "snap bean" this does great too. What your secrete!

Rooster tails and spoons for trout. Crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and topwaters for bass.

I use both depending on the stream and if they are frsh stockies.
But wax worms and minnies are my hands down favorite.
When it comes to spinners I use white rooster tails and any of the Picola line of lures.
