What do you all think of palominos...golden rainbows? Some guys hate 'em...others expend alot of effort trying to get them. I personally don't get real excited unless they're clearly well past the twenty inch mark. I know quite a few guys who have never caught one....I catch 2-3 a year.....usually in the 16- 19" range...though lately I've been seeing alot of really small ones. I don't know if it's the state or the breeches club that's releasing them. I don't like to eat them, ...I think they taste funny...probably just me, though.

never caught one... i think i'd rather catch a little native rainbow or brook over a big palomino, or any big trout, though
