both are 12 gauges, both are bolts, both are very accurate, out to 125 yards plus, but in my opinion i like the 210 a little bit better of a shotgun..anyone else ever toy around with these 2 slugguns?

Buck,
I owned both over the years. I liked the 210 better. Its bolt is stronger since it lock's up in the receiver just like a centerfire. The 695 locks in the rear. Not as good IMO. I was gonna hunt NY Southern Tier back when it was SG only. Never found time to & sold both sluggers.

slugs are a little pricey, but these things are we can use in allegheny besides inlines, and at 150 yards these 2 slug guns will reach out and touch em..

Buck, i found the HV Win 2 3/4 rifled slugs to give me the best groups in the 210. Heard the lightfields shot well too.
3" didnt shoot good for me.

since I live and hunt in s.e special regs area I've had a 210 for a couple years now. I like it alot. My favorite slug is winchester partion gold 2 3/4. have killed alot of deer with this outfit/load. BUT.....got a t/c pro hunter 50.cal this year and I LOVE IT! Out shoots the 210, mainly because the pro hunter has a better trigger. and I like carrying the pro hunter better than the 210. will not get rid of the 210 but I think it might be sitting in the safe now that i have the pro hunter.....
