I think they are quite unique and reasonable compared to the cost of a quality shoulder mount.

like the full shoulder mount better. the European mount is okay. the life like is better.

I like them myself.
I had my buck from last year done that way and my antelope from this past october is being done that way as well.

I did this one myself with a $20.00 kit from Cabelas. The pedestal came from a guy in Montana

I did my elk head that way. What a messy job. But takes up much less room than a standard shoulder mount.

Very nice skwirl ! I think the euopean mounts are nice.My buddys dad has his own bussines doing this you may have heard of him (Eberly) is his last name. I know alot of tax. use him as well as alot from out west. He has the bugs! Looks like that cabelas kit worked very well I will have to try that myself on the next one. Beats $90 bucks all the time.

Neat mounts guys! Grizzman, yes the pics enlarge. I'd have a buck done this way, if it was a monster, I'd have to go with the shoulder mount though.
